Hi! My name is Lisi and I'm an artist, stylist, designer and all-round creative soul. I grew up on the island of Puerto Rico in a huge family. I now live in Miami and work mainly in New York. Designing has always been a part of my life ever since my parents allowed me to draw on my bedroom walls, rearrange furniture and play with my food at dinner time. It sounds like a disaster. But no, it was a military household environment with a Catholic school upbringing. I couldn't ask for better parents.

I hold degrees in Interior Design, Commercial Art and Photography. For the last 22 years, I've been a successful freelance stylist and art director specializing in cosmetics and food. Today I'm where I should be... extending my career into the exciting field of illustration and surface design, after discovering Art Agent Lilla Rogers and her clever way of preparing artists through her Make Art That Sells programs. My curiosity grew when I realized I could design my own products. Being able to design something and have another stylist purchase it for a client is a dream come true. I'm blessed to have the best of two worlds. My Miami studio is a dream place that makes me feel like I'm permanently on vacation. You'll find me either creating in my studio or under the tiki hut, or even working while lying on the couch! I mostly work digitally, which makes it easier while on the go, especially when I'm in New York’s subways and taxis. I love discovering new places, happy to wander and let my camera lead the way. Everything around me inspires me, from delicate textures to a bad food presentation. Oh! I almost forgot to mention it, I'm married to my iPad Pro!

Fun Facts:
+ My first real job was at age 13 when my uncle gave me a $10,000 budget for a family birthday party. It was a great success, but I forgot to pay myself!
+ I enjoy telling stories, making people laugh and making them feel special.
+ I love wearing flowers in my hair, walking around barefoot, and wearing couture dresses, though not necessarily at the same time. :)
+ I'm obsessed with photography, art and eating donuts with salami (yes, really!).
+ I love lifting weights in the gym and would like to enter a bodybuilding competition one day.
